Refund Policy
At Prabanjas Products, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue in a prompt and fair manner. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, replacements or exchanges are available and how to request them.
Reporting a Problem
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an incomplete, incorrect, damaged or expired product, notify Prabanjas Products Customer Support at info@prabanjasayurveda.com within 2 working days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange.
- Claims submitted after 2 working days may not be accepted.
How to Request a Refund
- Email Customer Support at info@prabanjasayurveda.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting photos or documentation.
- Once we receive your request we will acknowledge it and advise the next steps (for example: return shipping instructions, inspection, or replacement shipment).
When a Full Refund Is Granted
- The product arrived defective or damaged.
- The product was lost or damaged in transit.
- The product has passed its expiry date upon delivery.
Replacements and Exchanges
- If you prefer, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, subject to item availability and our inspection of the returned product (when required) within 3 - 5 working days.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival, or defective), Prabanjas Products will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
- If the return is for reasons other than our error (change of mind, incorrect choice, etc.), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Proof and Inspection
- We may request photographic evidence or the returned item for verification prior to issuing a refund or replacement.
- Refunds for verified claims will be processed after inspection or after we receive satisfactory evidence.
Refund Processing Time
- Refund will be credited with in 7 to 10 days
- Refunds issued to Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking accounts typically appear within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact your bank and then notify our Customer Support so we can assist.
Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be granted where applicable (for example: items returned in a used condition, missing parts, or a partial order fulfillment).
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@prabanjasayurveda.com. Cancellation requests received before the order has shipped will be processed in full. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled; please follow the returns procedure above after delivery.
Exceptions & Special Cases
- Some products (for example, opened consumables) may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons unless they meet the defective/damaged criteria described above.
- Any exceptions will be communicated clearly by our Customer Support team on a case-by-case basis.
