At Prabanjas Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely, with the highest quality of packaging and handling. We aim to provide a smooth delivery experience across India using trusted and reputed courier partners.
Shipping Days
We process and dispatch orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. In cases where courier services are unavailable in your area, we will use India Post (Registered Parcel or Speed Post) to ensure delivery.
Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are dispatched within 2 working days of placement.
- Delivery typically takes 3 to 8 working days depending on your location and courier service availability.
- All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact and address details are accurate to avoid delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order. Any special promotions offering free shipping will be clearly mentioned on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or message with the tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status in real time.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:
- Please do not accept the package from the delivery agent.
- Immediately contact our support team at admin@prabanjasayurveda.com with your Order ID and photos of the package.
- We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost after verifying the issue.
Replacement Policy
- In case you receive a wrong or damaged item, you must report the issue on the same day of delivery.
- The product must be returned within 2 working days from the date of delivery.
- All returned items must be unused, with the original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a replacement will be shipped promptly.
Non-Returnable Products
Please note that certain products such as printed materials or personal care items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are received in a damaged or incorrect condition. No complaints regarding content or formulation will be accepted once the order is confirmed.
Delays in Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or remote locations. We will keep you informed in case of any significant delay.
